3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on n77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. n77 is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card) at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n77 login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. n77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Report any suspected unauthorized access to n77 support immediately.
3.5 Account Closure. n77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. n77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Debit card transactions may also be supported where available.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on n77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
4.3 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not permitted in accordance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on n77.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. n77 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. 6.1 All games available on the n77 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, n77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. n77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. n77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in n77's server logs shall be considered final and binding, subject to review by n77's compliance team.

10.2 n77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 n77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.1 n77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the n77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 n77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
13.3 n77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
